New Business:
• AZ150001 - Old Atlanta Rd near St. Marlo. Developer now wants to remove all conditions relative to Senior living to turn this into "active adult living" @150 units "age restricted" 1 person 55 and over... Original application was ZA3636 - Applicant requested to rezone from Agricultural District (A1) to Single Family Residential District (RES4) with a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for Senior Housing - Independent Living / Assisted Living on 87.45 acres for 104 units of quadriplexes and 150 assisted living units with a density of 2.9 units per acre.
• AZ150002 / Reference ZA3686 is a small property 2.83 acres/16 units/5.65 density. Requesting Senior Housing Condition removal which was 2014 recommendation of PC.
